1st Phase

  • Before starting the project, we gather as much information as possible. We ask for AutoCAD Files, Revit files, drawings, plans, sketches, designs, inspiration photos, references, concepts, and any existing 3D files.

  • Once we receive the initial information of the project, we conduct meetings. Together with the production team, we analyze and agree on estimated timeframes, project problems, requirements, and goals. We also quote the project for the price and timeline for your approval.

  • Once everything is approved, we proceed to 2nd Phase Workflow of the project.

2nd Phase

Workflow is the detailed steps we make in creating the services we provide to the client.

We divide the project workflow into 3 stages:

  • First Stage or White Clay Render Stage This is the 3D modelling & scene approval. We will send you perspectives and camera angles for you to select and these will be rendered in white render or clay render.

    • (comments/feedback round 1) This is the first feedback round wherein you can make adjustments, suggestions, corrections, requests, and comments on the white clay render.

    • Once a camera angle or animation path is approved, we proceed to the 2nd stage.

  • 2nd Stage or Colored Draft Stage In this stage, textures and lighting mood will be added to the scene. We will submit a colored rendering applying the materials and textures you provided.

    • (comments/feedback round 2) This is the second feedback round wherein you can make the adjustments, suggestions, corrections, requests, and comments again on the colored render.

  • 3rd Stage or Final Comments

  • (comments/final feedback round 3) In this stage and for the last time, you can make adjustments, suggestions, corrections, requests, and comments on the colored render.

  • After addressing your comments, we get ready for the final phase.

Final Phase

In this phase, we will conduct a final quality check to ensure that all aspects of the visualization meet the project requirements and your expectations.

  • When everything has been agreed, we deliver the finished visualization in high resolution.
